We would rather be corrected than be wrong. Here is how it works.
Reporting an error
Use the contact page and include the page address, what is wrong, and if possible a source. Reports about calculators are especially welcome; include the inputs you used so we can reproduce the result.
What we do
We verify the report, fix the page, and note the correction at the bottom of the guide with the date. Material corrections (a wrong number, an unsafe instruction, a misattributed photo) are fixed as a priority. For calculators, a fix ships with a new automated test covering the case.
What we do not do
We do not silently rewrite history. Corrections are visible, and the last-reviewed date on the page is updated.
